At AI Translation Headphones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your AI Powered Wireless Bluetooth Translation Headphones, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@aitranslationheadphones.com. In your email, please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
